Warmer weather is here and the real estate market is really heating up. We are seeing high volume of activity in the entry level market. It appears the first time buyers and investors are ready to make a move! Homes in this entry level price bracket are selling quickly and quite often in multiple offer situations….These homes are IN the market. You must price your home to sell!
On the flip side of that we are also noticing a very high number of homes that have been ON the market for quite some time. The prices of these homes don’t seem to reflect current market value. Buyers are educated and are much more aware of what true market value is and are passing on these overpriced homes.

“Do you want to be IN the market or ON the market?”
